The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department, and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to SJCEHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 3. Contact Steven C. Shih at(209)468-9850 to arrange the inspection to demonstrate the <br /> functionality of the UDC sensors; a 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. <br /> 4. Permit expires 90 days from the approval date.
