STEWART 515 W. 11th St. Tracy, CA. 95376 <br />Project #GT -18; Stewart's Beacon Remedial Action Plan <br />I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information and/or <br />recommendations contained in the attached proposal Phase III, <br />Remedial Action Plan along with Tank installation plan is true <br />and correct. <br />Furthermore, I agree to the following conditions placed on the <br />site referenced above in order that the new installation of <br />undergrond storage tanks may proceed. <br />Submitted herewith is Phase III Remedial Action Plan by Geological <br />Technics to San Joaquin County PHG/EHD. <br />Also submitted herewith is new tank installation plan as proposed <br />by Paul Gillespie RCE/RLS. <br />As this is -an oven file with vour department under project GT -18, <br />you already have a preliminary report from Geological Technics. <br />Preliminary report along with Remedial Action planhas been submitted <br />to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Region 5 <br />and a copy of that report was also filed with your office. <br />William R.
