Liquid was observed in the 87 turbine, 87 fill, 91 fill, and the dispenser 1/2 sumps. If water could <br />enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of <br />properly. The service technician removed the liquid and placed it in the on site hazardous waste drum. <br />No piping leaks were observed. Ensure that the UST system sumps are maintained free of liquid. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />
