The August 3, 2010 dated approved copies of the monitoring and response plans were not found on <br />site. Copies of these plans shall be retained on site at all times. The inspector provided copies of these <br />documents to the operator. <br />21. Liquid was observed in the 87 STP, 87 fill, 89 fill and 91 fill sumps. If water enters the secondary <br />containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The liquid was <br />removed by the technician and placed in the site hazardous waste drum.
