Monitoring System Cold -Start Permit Application <br />Dear Permitting, <br />This letter is to serve as transmittal cover for the enclosed cold -start permit application. <br />Quik Stop is upgrading its POS equipment and this upgrade requires a monitoring <br />system cold -start to ensure proper communication from the monitoring console to the <br />POS equipment. The alarm history will be printed out and included in the post cold - <br />start Monitoring System Certification. <br />This facility had its annual MSC performed May 17, 2010. This partial MSC will not <br />change the annual date, it is only to re -certify the monitoring system after the cold - <br />start. <br />Please see enclosed permit fee $366.00, Walton licenses, certifications, and site <br />exhibit. <br />Thank you and please let me know if there is anything I can do or provide to expedite <br />permit issuance.
