The inspection report got buried in my desktop piling system and obviously <br />overlooked. Updated UST Monitoring and Response Plans, Summary of Violations, and Return to <br />Compliance Certification, are attached. Walton Engineering has been cautioned to conduct the <br />monthly DO inspection in each calendar month. The sump water will be picked up for transport and <br />disposal as HW when the accumulation is estimated to have reached 100 kg. The non-functioning <br />emergency stop switch was repaired while you were on site.
