Other items to correct appear to have been addressed at the time of inspection, <br />as described on page 2 of the Monitoring System Certification (also attached). I have no <br />record of being invoiced by Walton Engineering for an additional permit, so I am assuming <br />that the repairs were added to the outstanding permit mentioned in your report.
