0 0 <br /> The steel oil piping from the oil pump to the tank is not secondarily contained;however,per <br /> 66265.193 "Containment and Detection of Releases", subsection(f),the oil piping is exempt <br /> from secondary containment requirements because the oil pipeline is above ground and it is <br /> visually inspected daily. <br /> (k) (8)hazardous characteristics of the wastes) that have been or will be handled; <br /> Used oil in California is a regulated waste with nominal hazardous characteristics. <br /> (k) (9)description of any structural damage or inadequate construction or installation such as <br /> cracks,punctures, or damaged fittings. All discrepancies shall be documented in the <br /> assessment and remedied before the tank system is certified for use. <br /> No discrepancies or structural damage or inadequate construction or installations were <br /> detected for the tank system. <br /> (k) (10) all new tanks and ancillary equipment shall be tested for tightness prior to being <br /> placed in use. ...
