The items are offloaded from the delivery truck in the salvage area. <br /> They are than loaded onto a different truck and shipped to the"Product Return Center"in <br /> Stockton. Some items seen in the truck were: <br /> -L'Oreal Natural Match Hair color <br /> -L'Oreal Excellence Creme Hair color <br /> -Gillette Foam Shaving Cream <br /> -Excedrin <br /> -Clorox Bleach <br /> -One A Day Multi Vitamin <br /> -Bayer Aspirin <br /> -Lysol All Purpose Cleaner <br /> -Clairol Natural Instincts Activating Creme <br /> A person who generates a waste, as defined in section 66261.2, shall determine if the waste is a <br /> hazardous waste using method described 66262.11. Immediately make a determination for <br /> waste returned to the salvage area and shipped offsite. Provide this office with documentation <br /> supporting the determination made for wastes received and shipped offsite. <br /> Within 30 days of receipt, complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification, <br /> found on the back of page 1, with a statement addressing how the above listed violation has <br /> been corrected. Submit all requested and necessary supporting documentation. <br /> Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply by the above noted dates will be billed <br /> at the current hourly rate.
