According to <br /> 22 CCR 66265.195(a)(5) only uncovered tanks need to have the level of waste in <br /> the tank checked. <br /> 49) The GroceryNariety Warehouse Supervisors and Asset Recovery Center <br /> Supervisors have been trained in the proper management of spilled or damaged <br /> retail products that may be a hazardous waste. See attached Training <br /> Acknowledgement (summarizes the training covered) and roster. <br /> 78) Universal waste containers have been placed throughout the facility. Personnel <br /> have been trained in the proper management of universal waste. See attached <br /> training log. <br /> 83) Universal Waste containers are properly labeled. <br /> 84) Personnel have been trained (referenced in #78 above).
