Currently, in the diesel fuel tank containment area for the rain water <br />or fuel recovery sump pump system is manual operated and can be <br />turned on by anyone. <br />The system has a sump pump operated by an ON/OFF switch and a <br />float switch in the sump to turn the pump OFF. The discharge line <br />from the sump pump goes to a manual valve hook to a single hose <br />for discharging rain water or fuel recovery. <br />Locking out the power to ON/OFF switch and adding a 3 -way <br />lockable valve to the discharge hose from this sump pump system. <br />Installing a three compartment gravity separating tank after the 3 -way <br />valve for rain water discharge line from sump pump to trap any <br />floating fuel or oil from the rain water during pumping. A second hose <br />will be added the 3 -way valve for recovering fuel only. <br />Trag personal for the removal of rain water and or fuel from the <br />diesel fuel containment area and only the trained personal will have <br />keys to turn on the system. <br />
