Jones Ave., Escalon CA 95320 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) performed a routine hazardous waste inspection on <br />July 19, 2004 at the above referenced site. <br />An inspection report was issued to you along with a request for pertinent information that was necessary in order to <br />bring this site into compliance. You were required to submit this information by September 19, 2004. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations.
