Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. The facility <br /> generates the following wastes: <br /> 1. Parts washer/ brake washer waste <br /> 2. Brake rotor metal shaving waste <br /> 3. Spill absorbent waste <br /> Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the above wastes, and manage it according to <br /> the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Hazardous wastes are toxic, reactive, ignitable or corrosive as <br /> defined in Title 22. Submit a hazardous waste determination statement and supporting documentation to <br /> the Environmental Health Department (EHD) explaining how these wastes will be managed by April 2, <br /> 2012. <br /> 404. One container of ATF labeled hazardous waste was observed with no lid. All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste.
