0 <br /> 21 Failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> Corrected, see Photos 12 and 12A <br /> 24 Manifest not properly signed completed, signed, or dated. <br /> Corrected, see attached copies of Hazardous Waste Manifests and LDRs <br /> A signed copy of Manifest 98463573 of 1/7/99 was requested by certified mail on <br /> 10/24/02. Several follow up calls have been made. The vendor has promised to send a <br /> copy when the records can be pulled from storage. This manifest is over 3 years old <br /> and beyond the 3 year retention requirement. <br /> Note: Thirteen of the manifests/LDR were on file at Interlake,but missed by the <br /> inspector. Six of the LDR's the inspector requested are for Non-RCRA materials that <br /> do not require LDR's, See summary list with the attached manifests. <br /> 27 Failed to keep signed copies for three years. <br /> Corrected, see attached copies of Hazardous Waste Manifests and LDRs <br /> 28 Failed to determine status of hazardous waste when manifest copy not received. <br /> f Hazardous Waste Manifests signed b the disposal <br /> Corrected, see attached copies o gn y <br /> companies for determination of status. The only manifest with undetermined status is <br /> beyond the 3 year retention requirement, item 24. <br /> 31 Failed to retain copy of manifest bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries. <br /> Corrected, see attached receipts from Lodi Battery <br /> 35 No notification of for LDR <br /> Corrected, LDR's are included with manifests. See attachments for item 24. Note six <br /> of the requested LDR's are for Non-RCRA wastes that do not require LDR's. See <br /> attached manifests, item 24. <br /> 46/47 Provide a copy of the contingency plan, as outlined in Title 22 CCR, for this facility. <br /> Also post a copy by the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> Emergency Coordinators are listed in the emergency plans and in the Hazardous <br /> Materials Management Plans on file with the County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> Copies of both plans to the county were provided during the inspection. <br /> See attached statement from the Lodi Police and Fire Department indicating the <br /> contingency plan has been reviewed and is acceptable for their needs. <br />
