It was unknown to us that Epic failed to remove all <br /> the water and replace the sensors to their lowest point. The annular space is currently dry, <br /> and the sensors were repositioned by Reliable Petroleum on the date of inspection <br /> 5/29/09. Neither the annular nor the secondary sensors have dewed any leaks. <br />
