Williams Tank Lines— Stockton, CA <br /> Periodic Testing of the Integrity of Aboveground Tanks <br /> 40 CFR 112.8(c)(6) <br /> The systems are inspected monthly for leaks, stains and spills of#2 Diesel as required by <br /> the SPCC Plan and CFR 40 112.7. Industry Standards testing was performed by a Certified SP001 <br /> Inspector. Inspections are performed by trained staff and done to Industry Standards. The#2 Diesel <br /> fuel tank is physically checked for water. The monthly and annually inspections are performed and <br /> documented. The monthly and annual inspections are recorded on page 33. <br /> Leakage from Internal Heating Coils <br /> 40 CFR 112.8(c)(7) <br /> There are no internal heating coils within this system. The applicable requirements of 40 <br /> CFR 112.8(c)(7) do not apply to this facility or SPCC Plan. <br /> Engineer or Update Containers to Avoid Discharge 40 CFR 112.8(c)(8) <br /> Williams Tank Lines uses a visual tank gauge system consisting of a tank gauge that <br /> indicates the tank's volume in feet and inches. When the driver arrives on site and prior to <br /> unloading any oil product,they will verify tank space and insure that the oil product to be delivered <br /> will fit. The#2 Diesel fuel storage tanks are equipped with a monitoring port system. If the driver <br /> is alerted of danger or overfill during delivery, the driver will cease all loading and secure the <br /> system. <br /> Observe Effluent Discharge 40 CFR 112.8(c)(9) <br /> Williams Tank Lines does not employ a surface water effluent or water separation <br /> treatment system at this site. The requirements in 40 CRR 112.8(c)(9) are not applicable. <br /> Promptly Address Visible Discharge 40 CFR 112.8(c)(10) <br /> This is addressed within this Plan at 40 CFR 112.7(e). <br /> Mobile or Portable Oil Storage Containers 40 CFR 112.8(c)(11) <br /> Williams Tank Lines has mobile and/or portable oil storage containers within their oil <br /> product management system. Two - 275 Gallon Used Oil tanks located on a spill container near <br /> the shop on concrete. <br /> Facility Transfer Operations 40 CFR 112.8(d)(1),(2),(3),(4), & (5) <br /> These items are addressed in 40 CFR 112.7(a)(3)(iii). <br /> Garr Reeves, LSC 29 <br />
