I <br /> informed Wayne Pierson, Senior Engineer of the Delta- Counties Regulatory Unit, <br /> that the FRP was acceptable and that they could proceed with drafting waste <br /> discharge requirements (WDRs) for the treatment system. <br /> On 6 May 1991, Mr. Pierson issued a letter to Tri-Valley Growers waiving WDRs <br /> for the ground water treatment system..
