i <br /> i <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING } <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> i <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 26200 N. Galt Road, in the City of Galt, County of San Joaquin <br /> (APN-001-230-20) has ' been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division. The planis a <br /> proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated <br /> the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground <br /> storage tanks which were located on the property. w <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations, and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of, the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Lodi City Library, 201 W. Locust, Lodi, California,., and r <br /> Environmental Health Division, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, <br /> California, during normal working hours, 8: 00 a.m. -- 5: 00 p.m. If <br /> a request by any member of the public for a public hearing fs not <br /> received by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health .-Division by May 15, 1991, at 5: 00 p.m. , the k <br /> tentative decision shall become final on that date and time. r <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed 'in writing to public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division at the 'above <br /> address.
