Box 1211 <br /> Modesto, CA 95353 <br /> REQUEST FAR REPORT OF WASTE DISCHARGE FOR TRI VALLEY GROWERS, PLANT T, 26200 <br /> NOWELL ROAD, THORNTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Since your discharge could affect the waters of the state, you are requested to <br /> file a Report of Waste Discharge with this office. <br /> The California Water Code requires any person proposing to discharge waste file <br /> with the Regional Board a report of the discharge containing such information as <br /> the Board requires. Each report shall be accompanied by a filing fee. The Water <br /> Code further provides that no person shall initiate any new discharge of waste <br /> prior to the issuance of waste discharge requirements, the expiration of 120 days <br /> after filing a competed Report of Waste Discharge, or the Regional Board' s <br /> waiver, whichever occurs first. <br /> Enclosed are: <br /> 1. Instructions, filing fee schedule, and blank Report of Waste Discharge <br /> form. <br /> 2. Additional information needed. <br /> When we receive the completed report containing the additional information, if <br /> required, along with the applicable filing fee, we will formulate waste discharge <br /> requirements for your discharge. The report cannot be considered complete until <br /> all provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act are met. <br /> All information and the filing fee should be submitted to this office within <br /> 20 clays from the date of this letter.
