Tri/Valley Growers (TVG) would like to backfill the open excavation pits at their facility.
They realize that further investigative and/or remedial work may be necessary there; however, the
efficient use of limited space at the TVG plant requires filling in these excavations. The pits have been
open in excess of one year and have caused severe space constraints at the facility where adequate
storage space is crucial to profitable business operation.
The May 17, 1988 EES proposal outlines a temporary solution to TVG's space problem. TVG
respectfully requests a review of the proposal and (contingent upon your approval) written
notification to Mr. David Carls (San Joaquin Local Health District) so that the work may be scheduled.
As of May 1, 1988, Exceltech, Inc. has merged with Ensco Environmental Services, Inc. (EES), a
fully owned subsidiary of Ensco Environmental Systems, Inc. Exceltech will now be known as Ensco
Erivironmentai Services. Please make this change in your records for future correspondence and
reference.
If you have any questions, please call-
Sincerely,
Ensco Environmental Services, Inc.
7.7
Kent E.
