In. <br /> Investigation (SST) that included advancing three soil borings and obtaining depth specific hydropunchrgrab <br /> groundwater sampling and subsequently the installation of one deep monitoring well (MW�7). The results of <br /> these investigations were summarized in the report entitled Closure Report(HLA, 1999). Monitoring well <br /> locations are shown on Plate 3. <br /> WELL DESTRUCTION <br /> Destruction of the wells was performed in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards (Section 13.17.6, .12, and .13) and the State of California Well Standards Bulletins 74-81 and 74- <br /> 90 (Califomia, Department of Water Resources, 1981 and 1991). Michael Infurrna of the PHS/EHD was <br /> onsite to observe the.destruction activity. A copy of the well destruction permit is attached. On March 2, <br /> 2001, the on-site monitoring wells were destroyed by the following procedures. <br />
