Prior to destroying the <br /> wells, a well destruction permit was-'submitted to and 4pproved by the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. A copy of the well Q _. <br /> destruction permit is included in Attachment A. <br /> Each well was destroyed in your presence by over drilling to the total depth of <br /> the well to remove all of the well including the-PVC.pipe, surrounding cement e. <br /> grout, bentonite seal, and sand pack. .A stinger was used to assure centering <br /> on the well casing as it was removed. The borehole was backfilled using neat ?. � {} � <br /> cement grout.
