The in- <br /> spectionand subsequent sample analyses revealed that neither toxic materials nor <br /> nitrates are of concern in the facility'.s stormwater ponds. The continued dis- <br /> charge of oil to these ponds , however, is unacceptable. <br /> We request that Jimco perform the following tasks within 50 days ,of the date of <br /> this letter: <br /> 1. Remove the oil now floating on the pond. <br /> 2. Install an oil/water separation device toprevent oil from entering the <br /> stormwater ditch. a <br /> 3. Dispose of or recycle the collected oil using a method approved by this <br /> office. <br /> 4. File a Report of Waste Discharge and filing fee with this office The <br /> _ forms , fee schedule and additional information, required are enclosed.
