The City <br /> looks forward to meeting with Regional Water Board Staff following collection of the soil and <br /> groundwater data, as noted in your letter. One issue that was not mentioned in the Work Plan, <br /> or your letter, is a requirement that RF Land, Inc. decommission the agricultural well located on <br /> the property. The City respectfully requests that the RWQCB require that the well be <br /> immediately decommissioned given the risks presented by the agricultural well in its current <br /> state. <br /> Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
