Cc: rmarty@advgeoenv.com <br /> Subject: Ripon Farm Service <br /> Good afternoon Bill, <br /> I finally located the permit applications that AGE submitted to destroy the wells at Ripon Farm Service located at <br /> l 932 East Frontage Road, South Highway 99 in Ripon. The encroachment permit that AGE submitted is from 2005 <br /> i when monitoring wells MW-9.and MW-10 were installed in the Frontage Road.. I need another encroachment <br /> permit issued by the City of Ripon to destroy these two wells. <br /> Also, in the letter dated 07 November 2011, the Environmental Health Department(EHD) stated that all 24 wells <br /> must be destroyed by drilling out and removing the well contents since,soil data indicate the presence of residual <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. The EHD also directed that 15=inch augers be used to over-drill VW-1 and <br /> VW-2 since these two wells have two nested casings in each borehole.' The permit application submitted for the <br /> destruction of the onsite wells indicates that some of the wells will be pressure grouted, and there is no mention of <br /> using a 15-inch auger to destroy any of the wells. Do you want me to make the corrections to the permit <br /> application for the onsite well destructions or do you want to revise and resubmit the permit application for the l <br /> onsite well destructions? <br /> will not issue the permits until i receive the encroachment permit issued by the City of Ripon. .Please let me <br /> know when I can expect to receive the encroachment permit. <br /> Thank you. <br /> 1/25/2012 �, <br />
