Please submit a copy <br /> of the encroachment permit issued by the City of Ripon when submitting the Well and Boring <br /> Permit Application forms for the well destructions and also complete and submit a Master File <br /> Record form. The permit fee for the destruction of each well is $1'25.00, along with a $375.00 <br /> Inspection Activity Fee per parcel. A review. of site records indicates that 22 wells were <br /> installed onsite and 2 wells were installed in the City right-of-way.
