Documentation of the UST removal and analytical data of <br /> samples collected during the UST removal are available in the Unit IV files. <br /> 02/08/94 Date the EHD filed Unauthorized Release Form (URF) No. 94-Ull and <br /> Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge No. 94-028. These documents are <br /> available in the Unit IV files. <br /> 04/06/94 Date of Preliminary Site Assessment Work Plan submitted by Geological Audit <br /> Services, Inc., proposing the advancement of four soil borings and converting <br /> one or more of the soil borings into monitoring wells if petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> contamination were detected in the grab groundwater samples collected from the <br /> soil borings. The work plan is available in the Unit IV files. <br /> 04/19/94 Date of letter from the EHD informing the responsible party of his/her <br /> responsibility to perform corrective action, and the placement of the site into the <br /> Local Oversight Program (LOP).
