The Site is bounded by Frontage Road to the west, Brady Lane to the north, a truck parking area to the east and businesses to the south. The surrounding land use is mixed residential and commercial. Site History/Assessments In June 1987, soil contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date, ten monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly. A Site map showing the location of the former USTs, monitoring wells and concentration contours is provided at the end of this five year summary.
