In a 24 August 2011 letter, you stated that the ownership and environmental <br /> responsibility has changed to a consortium of three individuals: yourself, Mr. Paul Lambert and <br /> Mr. Thomas de'Arth. In the letter, you requested that the Central Valley Water Board work with <br /> the new owners, and stated the timetable for the next investigation work products. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff recognize the new responsible parties, and will bill our <br /> oversight charges to the new parties. Details of the cost oversight program will be transmitted <br /> under separate cover. Please recognize that if the new responsible parties do not satisfactorily <br /> fulfill Central Valley Water Board directives, the Central Valley Water Board may ask for <br /> contribution from previous owners and operators to complete the investigation and <br /> remediation. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff look forward to working with the new parties, reviewing the <br /> the test pit soil sample data, and pilot scale remedial proposals.
