PHSIEHD has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> The report included the results of groundwater samples collected from monitoring wells <br /> MW1 - MW3 on May 24, 1995, from MW1 - MW5 on Oc'toberj% 1995 and the soil and <br /> groundwater samples collected during the August 14, 1995 investigation. <br /> i 0 '! <br /> Groundwater contamination continued to be evidenced with gradient direction changes <br /> IF <br /> observed. Please include in future tables summarizing analytical results: the observed <br /> G depth to water, groundwater elevation and calculated gradient ,direction. I <br /> r Table 2 which was included in the August 1995 quarterly report contained numerous <br /> errors. A revised table with the corrections and the sample date should be included in <br /> future reports to summarize soil and groundwater data.
