Truck Stop property as follows. <br /> It is premature to consider borings on P the Jimco property <br /> without first drilling additional borings,along the RFS side of the <br /> ,... ;fence�_1_ine between the two properties. So fa'' the nearest borings <br /> are approximately__25' from 'the 'property line. It ` would-"be-an�.�;.. <br /> entirely unnecessary interference with the Jimco property to drill <br /> borings on the Jimco property without ilfirst doing so at the <br /> property line. <br /> 1 <br /> Although the down-gradient direction appears to be variable, <br /> it has not appeared to be anything otherthan either southwest or <br /> northwest at any given time.
