(AGE) had prepared a Remedial Action Work Plan Addendum <br /> dated 10 March 2000 to specify corrective action requirements for the above reference site. This <br /> Revised Addendum to the Remedial Action Work Plan (RAWP) dated 20 January 2000, was <br /> prepared at your verbal request of 20 March 2000. <br /> The RAWP detailed the design of a soil vapor extraction/in-situ air sparging (SVE/IAS) remediation <br /> system for the petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil and ground water at the above referenced site. <br /> 1.0. CLEANUP GOALS <br /> Clean up goals to protect the beneficial use of the local ground water should be applied at the RFS <br /> site. A domestic water well is located within the plume of impacted ground water and several other <br /> wells are located within 200 feet to 2,000 feet of the unauthorized release area, therefore, the highest <br /> and best use of the water at the RFS site is for human consumption. Clean up standards for ground <br /> water are set forth in the basin plan for the Central Valley Basin. The standards are based on the <br /> Maximum Contaminate Level (MCL) for the constituents of concern in drinking water.
