If a boring is established to <br /> depths greater than 35 feet in depth,the boring trill be completely backfilled with neat cen;ent in accordance <br /> with the PHS-EHD well standard 13.17.8. <br /> The location of the proposed ground water monitoring well in the eastern quadrant of the site, shall be <br /> established 150 feet northeast of ground water monitoring well MW-3, or approximately 115 feet north of <br /> r 11 <br /> soil boring B133.
