Highway 99, Stockton, CA <br /> Authority to Construct Permit No.:N=6574-1-0 <br /> Dear Mr. Busenbark: <br /> We are writing to provide you with the analytical results of our initial source testing along with emission <br /> rate calculations for VOCs (as total petroleum hydrocarbons-gasoline [TPHg]), MTBE and benzene. <br /> Influent and effluent samples were collected on August 8, 2005 and submitted to Air Toxics Ltd. for <br /> analysis of total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes <br /> and methyl-tert-butyl-ether(MTBE)by EPA Method TO-3. The lab report is enclosed: Pursuant to your <br /> verbal authorization, the system continued to operate based upon PID readings that indicated >99% <br /> destruction efficiency. <br /> The combustion chamber was operating at a recorded temperature range of 1443-1473 °F. The analytical <br /> results indicate an abatement efficiency of 99.9% TPHg.
