Treatment system samples wtzc collected November 17, 2003 and results were verbally conveyed to Grotmd Zero at apprcmimately 4:34 pin November 18, 2003. We have scheduled to have Carbon Resouzres change out rhe carbon in both units on the aftermoon of December 1, 2003. The units will be Slled with virgin coconut shell carbon and the system restaxted as soots as possible thereafter. In addition to the carbon change-out, a 2M pound carbon unit will be delivered to the site to act as a polish on the effluent to prevent discharge of detectable contatninaitts in the event of breakthmuo in the pnmaty carbon units. We are also evaluating air stripper systems to add to the system. While the systrm is down,we have temoved all down-hole.equipment in the extraction well and replaced the passive skimmer in the yell to remove free procluct. A faulty switch in the fluid level sensors also required replacement: This was performed on November 20,2003 and the shimmer was placed in the well on November 21,2003. Following is a table that surT*nzdzcs analytical results of inffuent and effluent samples collected since the system was placed into operation on November,5,3003. Since startup,the system has treated a total of 21, 845 gallons of groundwater.
