Based
upon our previous telephone discussion, I modified your proposal to reflect the installation of a 6"
diameter well instead of an 8" diameter well (revised proposal attached). The new well is required
to have a sanitary seal to a depth of 250 feet.
a
As vie discussed, please schedule the well drilling to begin as near as possible to September 25,
2001. You indicated that you expect to complete the installation by October 5, 2001. Please begin
the permit process as soon as possible. According to Adrienne Ellsaesser of San Joaquin County
Public Health Services (209-468-0343), the necessary remaining permits include a drilling permit
($356), a pump permit ($75), and a well destruction permit ($89).
Please call me if you have any questions regarding well construction details, scheduling, or any
other aspect of the project.
Ground Zero Analysis, Inc.
John P.
