(Ground Zero). Numerous private drinking water wells located to the east of <br /> the site on Foppiano Lane and Treasure Avenue were visually identified. Due to the shift in groundwater <br /> gradient direction toward the east as reported in Third Quarter 2000 Groundwater Monitoring and <br /> Sampling Report dated November 6,2000 prepared by Ground Zero,and the highly mobile nature of <br /> methyl tert butyl ethane(MTBE),you are required to sample and analyze the private drinking water wells at <br /> the following addresses: <br /> 4815 Foppiano Lane(the Church) + <br /> 4855 Foppiano Lane <br /> 8303 Treasure Avenue <br /> 8315 Treasure Avenue <br /> 8335 Treasure Avenue <br /> 8351 Treasure Avenue - <br /> 8363 Treasure Avenue <br /> PHS/EHD recommends obtaining permission to sample these private drinking water wells from their <br /> respective owners. <br /> You are also required to sample the domestic well at the site before destroying the well. The sample must i <br /> be collected from at least 200 feet below surface grade or below using a Kemmerer(bomb) sampler or <br /> double check bailer.
