This is in contrast to
the general north and north-northeast direction reported previously.
PHS/EHD recommends installing an additional monitoring well east of MWA
and the drinking water well on site. A work plan addendum is not necessary
for the installation of this additional well.
As requested by Groundzero, a copy of this letter will be mailed to the State
Water Resources Control Board Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund
Programs.
Please feel free to direct any questions to Jeffrey Wong at (209) 468-0335.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
A4"'c (-
no, ISS
Jeffrey Wong, REHZrvg=S
LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV Supervisor
Cc: CRWQCB, Central Valley Region — Marty Hartzell
Cc: SWRCS, UST Cleanup Fund Program— Wennilyn Fua
Cc: Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. —John Lane
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
