In a letter dated September 15, <br /> 2000,PHS/EHD required the sampling be conducted by September 25, 2000. <br /> Ground Zero distributed letters to the targeted addresses (8338 N. Hwy 99, 4418 Gnekow, 4508 Gnekow, <br /> 4540 Gnekow,4632 Gnekow, and 4644 Gnekow)on September 13, 2000 requesting permission to sample the <br /> wells. To date,three of the six residents/owners have consented to the sampling. Ground Zero is scheduled to <br /> sample these wells (4508 Gnekow, 4540 Gnekow, 4632 Gnekow) on September 25, 2000.
