HIGHWAY 99, STOCKTON, CA <br /> The owners of the above site have a San Joaquin County EHD approved workplan, and <br /> are requesting proposals to perform certain phases of the work as detailed below. A <br /> copy of the amended workplan and SJ Co. EHD comments is included for your <br /> information. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK: <br /> Refer to project 2 of attached approved workplan. Please submit your bid to perform <br /> items 1(a& b) and 2 separately. Include labor and materials for the followining tasks: <br /> 1(a) - Excavate approximately 150 CY of contaminated soil from excavation and store <br /> on adjacent site just to the east. Place it on plastic and cover. That property is also <br /> owned by Tuleburg Warehouse, and is undeveloped. <br /> 1(b) - Excavate soil as in 1(a), and transport directly to an approved landfill for <br /> disposal. Bid to include any required permits & necessary profiling of soil. <br /> 2 - Bring in clean material, fill hole, compact as required by San Joaquin County, and <br /> cover with asphalt. <br /> 3 - If desired, bidder may furnish estimates for treatment of soil on site. It will be <br /> necessary to obtain permits from the County APCD and other agencies before onsite <br /> remediation can occur. We do not know if those permits can be obtained. <br /> The owners of the property, Ray Baglietto & Frank Rauzi, dba Tuleburg Warehouse, <br /> have been issued a letter of committment from the State Cleanup Fund, and are <br /> anxious to begin work. Their address is Tuleburg Warehouse, 301 S. Aurora Street, <br /> Stockton, CA 95202. <br /> Bid proposals should be sent to - Wm. J.
