This is to notify you that <br /> Section 25297.15 of the California Health and Safety Code requires that the EHD (local <br /> agency) not issue a closure letter, or make a determination that no further action is <br /> required with respect to "hazardous substance" underground storage tank release sites <br /> unless all current record owners of fee title to the site have been notified of the proposed <br /> action by the primary or active responsible party. <br /> Please provide the EHD certification in writing that all .record fee title owners have been <br /> notified of your request for closure. Submit a list of all the record fee title owners with their <br /> mailing addresses to the EHD so they can be notified of our intent to issue a closure letter. <br /> If you are the sole property owner please provide a statement of that fact to the EHD to <br /> fulfill this requirement (form enclosed).
