All domestic wells have been non-detect`,for all
analyzed constituents for over four years. The EHD agrees with this recommendation.
Ground Zero further recommends continued operation of the soil vapor extraction system
(VES). The rebound test indicated up to 2.25 pounds of hydrocarbons per day could still
be removed by the system. While in operation system performance will be monitored,
monthly; if the extracted mass goes below 0.8 pounds per day system operation will be
discontinued. The EHD agrees with the recommendation to continue the VES operation.
If you have any questions please call Lori Duncan at (209) 468-0337.
Sincerely,
Lori Duncan, REHS Margaret Lagorio, REHS
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist Program Coordinator
c: James Barton, CVRWQCB, 11020 Sun Center Drive#200, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
Eric Price, Ground Zero Analysis, 1714 Main Street, Escalon CA 95320
