The Discharger shall maintain a written sampling program sufficient to assure compliance <br /> with the terms of this Order. Anyone performing sampling on behalf of the Discharger shall <br /> be familiar with the sampling plan. <br /> 7. The Discharger shall construct all monitoring wells to meet or exceed the standards stated in <br /> the State Department of Water Resources Bulletin No. 74-81 and 74-90 and subsequent <br /> revisions, and shall comply with the reporting provisions for wells required by Water Code <br /> Sections 13750 through 13755. <br />�I <br />
