(209)838-9888 <br /> Facsimile (249)838-9883 <br /> November 6, 2000 <br /> Mr Jeffrey Wong <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health division <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Thud Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Subject Third Quarter 2000 Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling Report <br /> Speedy Mart, 8200 N Highway 99,Morada, CA <br /> Dear Mr Wong <br /> This letter report presents the results of the third quarter 2000 groundwater monitoring and <br /> sampling activities at the subject site (Figure 1) <br /> SITE ACTIVITIES <br /> Activities at the site included monitoring groundwater levels, purgmg and sampling groundwater <br /> from site monitoring wells, sampling several nearby domestic wells, and analyzing samples for <br /> total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes <br /> (BTEX), oxygenated gasoline additives, and the lead scavengers 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA) <br /> and ethylene dibromide (EDB) <br /> FIELD WORK <br /> Domestic Well Sampling <br /> At the request of San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD), an experience Ground Zero Analysis, Inc (Ground Zero) technician collected <br /> groundwater samples from five nearby domestic wells located north and northwest of the subject <br /> site The samples were collected from wells located at 8388 N Hwy 99, 4508 Gnekow Drive, 4540 <br /> Gnekow Drive, 4632 Gnekow Drive, and 4644 Gnekow Drive between September 25 and October <br /> 5, 2000 after written authorization was received from the respective property owners <br /> Samples were analyzed by Argon Laboratories (FLAP 92359) for gasoline constituents TPHg, <br /> •' BTEX, oxygenated gasoline additives, and lead scavengers 1,2-DCA and EDB by appropriate <br /> methods No gasoline constituents were detected in any sample collected from the domestic <br /> G1Data1GROUNDZE�TULEBURGaeports13QM200ob doc <br />
