Further we have prepared this addendum to <br /> our proposed workplan for the installation of three ground water monitoring wells <br /> at the above-referenced subject property. <br /> The proposed workplan was submitted to the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (RWQCB) and the San Joaquin Local Health District (SJLHD) at your <br /> request on March 20, 1989. At the time the workplan was submitted, an <br /> accompanying letter requesting a priority review by those agencies was included. <br /> A telephone conversation on March 30, 1989 from the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board verbally approved our workplan, and it was indicated that a <br /> letter of review from the RWQCB was being sent to the San Joaquin Local Health I <br /> District expressing that approval. <br /> I <br /> 1 <br /> OFFICES WORLDWIDE <br />
