Touchstone Developments,`along with V&/W Drilling, <br /> properly abandoned Wells MW 1, MW-2, and MW-3 by drilling out the 4-inch- <br /> diameter well casings using a hollow-stem-auger'drilling rig to an approximate <br /> depth of 23 feet below grade. The well casings, seals, and filter packs were <br /> recovered, as best as possible, from the borings and then the empty borings <br /> were backfilled with cement grout to approximately 1 112 feet below grade.
