Based on, information iwhich is currently and actually known to <br /> PHS/EHD, we have determined that all appropriate response}actions have been completed, and that all <br /> acceptable remedial practices were implemented, and that no further corrective action at this site is <br /> required. <br /> The three monitoring wells at the site must be destroyed by a C-57 licensed driller under permit and <br /> inspection of PHS/EHD. Please submit a permit application and $60 permit fee.
