(GTI). This report is submitted for your review. A copy has also
'I been sent to Elizabeth Thayer at the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board
(CVRWQCB).
The report summarizes all the environmental activity which has taken place on this former service
station site which was leased by Chevron. As you are aware, the site is owned by Mr. John
Ferriola and has been undeveloped since the service station facilities were removed in 1986.
The report has'been compiled for your convenience in :determining whether case closure is
appropriate for this site. Chevron firmly believes that all phases of Corrective Action have been
completed satisfactorily. With your concurrence, and that of the CVRWQCB if appropriate,
Chevron proposes to properly remove themonitoring wells located on the site and discontinue an
P P P P Y g Y
further work there.
If you have any questions or comments, I can be reached at (510) 842-8658. 1 appreciate your
review of this matter and look forward to your reply.
.
Sincerely,
Clint B.
