According to maintenance records on site, liquid was removed from the 87 STP ' ump on March 11, 2014 and placed in a drum on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifes s signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 112 Failed to follow all consolidated manifesting procedures. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the disposal of hazardous waste liquid wee not found on site. A 55 gallon black steel drum of hazardous waste solids was observed outside the facility with a blank hazardous waste label. According to Mr. Rizwan, he keeps all hazardous waste in 5 gallon buckets behind the store and was not aware of a drum in this location. The maintenance records on site note that absorbents are placed in a hazardous waste drum on site. A 5 gallon bucket of spent absorbent was observed behind the facility with no contents listed. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: -the words "Hazardous Waste" - name and address of generator - hazardous properties Qflammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) - physical state(liquid, solid) -composition (contents) -accumulation start dat The label on the 5 gallon bcket was corrected at the time of inspection. Immediately label the 55 gallon drum and ensure that all containers re marked with all the required information. Since it cannot be determined how long the 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste solids has been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
