y <br /> CHRONOLOGY <br /> VICTOR MEATS <br /> 18846 N HWY 99, LODI <br /> LOP SITE CODE: 0000883 <br /> CVRWQCB CASE# 391103 <br /> 08/17/00 On this date Kleinfelder removed three USTs: one 8000 gallon gasoline, <br /> one 12000 gallon diesel and one 550 gallon waste oil. Soil samples were <br /> collected under inspection by EHD. Soil discoloration and odor were <br /> noted in the soil on the south end of the 12000 gallon diesel UST. <br /> 08/22/00 Date soil samples were analyzed. Gasoline and diesel were detected in the <br /> soil samples from beneath the 12,000 gallon UST. Soil samples from <br /> beneath the 550 gallon and 800 gallon UST's were non detect. <br /> 09/26/00 EHD filed the Unauthorized Release Report and the Hazardous Waste <br /> Discharge Notification for the contamination from the UST.' j <br /> 03/29/01 Date this site was placed in the LOP for further investigation and cleanup <br /> if warranted. <br /> 05/01/01 Date EHD completed review of the Work Plan submitted by Foothill <br /> Engineering and issued a permit for the installation of one monitoring well <br /> in the area of the soil contamination. <br /> 05/11/01 EHD performed an inspection on this date during monitoring well <br /> installation and grouting. <br /> 06/26/01 EHD and CVRWQCB staff discussed on this date the Report of Findings <br /> prepared by Foothill Engineering dated June 15, 2001. <br /> 03/12/03 EHD and CVRWQCB staff discussed on this date the site groundwater <br /> results for the past four quarters. The water sample results are below the <br /> MCLS for all diesel and gasoline constituents. <br /> 06/09/03 Date of EHD letter requiring additional information and continued <br /> groundwater sampling. <br /> 10/13/04 Date of the Groundwater Receptor Survey. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> 10/15/04 EHD and CVRWQCB staff discussed on this date the additional <br /> information that had been submitted. Analytical results of the <br /> groundwater continue to be below detection limits and site closure with no <br /> further action can be granted. <br />
